Lembaga Penduduk dan Pembangunan Keluarga Negara (LPPKN) menawarkan subsidi mamogram untuk wanita Malaysia seperti berikut:

1. MAMOGRAM SECARA PERCUMA
(LPPKN menanggung kos sepenuhnya)
  • Warganegara Malaysia dan Penduduk Tetap
  • Wanita yang berisiko tinggi dirujuk oleh LPPKN di bawah Program Subsidi Ujian Mamogram
  • Berumur 35 - 70 tahun
  • Berpendapatan RM5000 dan ke bawah

2. SUBSIDI RM50
(LPPKN menanggung kos sebanyak RM50 dan kos selebihnya ditanggung oleh klien)
  • Warganegara Malaysia dan Penduduk Tetap
  • Wanita yang berisiko tinggi dirujuk oleh LPPKN di bawah Program Subsidi Ujian Mamogram
  • Berumur 35 - 70 tahun
  • Berpendapatan RM5001 dan ke atas

  • High risk women referred by LPPKN under the Subsidy Programme for Mammogram Screening

2. RM50 Subsidy
  • Malaysian citizens and permanent residents
  • High risk women referred by LPPKN under the Subsidy Programme for Mammogram Screening
  • Age 35 - 70 years
  • Monthly household income above RM5000

Requirements:
Qualifications - minimum SPM or its equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently
Computer literate
Salary will commensurate with experience


Duties:
1. Resource Development
  • Plan and implement fund raising activities
  • Plan for/and develop volunteers as resource
2. Public Relations
  • Plan and implement cancer/hospice awareness in the community
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with both private and public bodies/organisations involved in hospice/cancer care in Penang
3. Education and Training
  • Assist in promotion of cancer/palliative care education and training for volunteers, staff and other health professionals
  • Assist in developing resources for education and training
4. Publications
  • Assist in the production of publications of the Society
5. Social Service
  • When requested investigate and help hospice/cancer patients requiring financial aid
6. Reports
  • To submit reports on above duties from time to time
7. Other Duties
  • To undertake any other duties deemed appropriate

Vacancy: Administrative Assistant

Requirements: Qualification - minimum SPM or its equivalent with accounting knowledge.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Computer literate with strong skills in Ms Office.

DUTIES

Administrative:
  • Responsibility for all correspondence and follow-up work and other related matters of the Society as may be assigned to you from time to time by the Exco or its designated officers.
  • Maintenance of records and other documents to ensure the uninterrupted services of the Society.
  • Responsible for stationery items and office equipment needed and to replenish as necessary
  • Overseeing the preparation for meetings or trainings and assist as needed.

Accounts
  • Prepare cheques for payments as required
  • Prepare and submit monthly returns as required
  • Keep an updated records of receipts and payments accounts
  • Banking activities – arrange for all cheques and money received to be banked-in as and when required
  • Other accounting duties as may be allocated to you

Others
  • Other office work as may be assigned to you from time to time by the CEO or designated Exco officers
  • To provide administrative support for other patient support programmes as required
  • To cover the duties of other administrative staff when necessary

DUTIES:

Receptionist duty 
  • To receive and transfer calls/take and convey messages as required
  • To receive and direct requests for help or information to the designated officials

Office work including
  • To provide clerical services for administrative and projects of the Society as required
  • Assist in preparing and making arrangements for meeting and training
  • Prepare and assist with audio visual equipment for meeting/training as required
  • To receive and file correspondence and arrange for replies as required
  • Keep records of donations received and send out thank you letters as required
  • Photocopying, mailing, filing

Others 
  • Other office work as may be assigned to you by the Management or their representatives
  • To cover the duties of other administrative staff when necessary
